Hi Folks 1
We've put together a new report for displaying your daily occupancy rates along with a few interesting snippets.
I'm interested to see what you think and how useful you think this report will be !

Tell us what you think.
Be gentle!
You can see the report at http://www.kidbase.co.nz/MM_Report.jpg

Too much colour coding. The good old sky scraper graph works fine for me.  I doubt whether I would use the new report.

Not necessary. Theres far to much talk about occupancy. The main thing is yeild per room type. A decent Sales report would be far more useful.

Yes we would prefer a break down of return on room types especially conference rooms catering and meals, at the moment all that is in accommodation and hard to work out yields. Perhaps that could be an add on as this graph is half way there?

Hi

Not sure we would use this report either unless it does something we have not yet seen?  Personally feel I would like more income reporting.  Better breakdown and week by week tracking would be appreciated.

Well it seems most people don't look at the BIG picture. At a Glance using this kind of tool you can immediatley see where your strengths and weaknesses are. A great tool for where advertising can be done to boost that extra $, also I might like to add that graphs, skyscrapers etc are a waste of time, all that does is give a snapshot of history .. at least with this option you get a snapshot of the whole 12 months.  Cheesy

Patrick touch information. Don't need pictures, we need figures that can be easily compared and graphs which show trends.

Hi Grant !
I take it you prefer the Monthly revenue comparison in it's current form then ?
Smiley

I have considered a three month comparison but don't want to swamp the whole thing in knee deep numbers !

Cheers

I would like to see a faster system so I have more time to look at the reports.

Having used it a couple of times... I like it!
It give a good snapshot of the previous year/month/week/day and allows for planning/days off/maintenance/etc.
