Annual reports of clients & companies

How do I get a report for last year showing a list of which guests who stayed the most, having dollars with it would be nice
Also same thing for companies?

Hi Bren
If you go to the Guest section in the top of the screen, you will see the general guest details.
If you go to the booking tab you will see the guests booking history and also a few stats for that client, eg Night strayed this year/ last year, average stay etc etc

At the bottom of the screen you will see the lists that are available for guests, one of those is the booking totals list.
This lists shows all the stats for a guests nights stayed, average stays, dollars spent for this year and the last two.
By clicking on each column header it will sort your guest lists into descending order for that column, ie top spender in 2010, Longest stayer in 2011, biggest canceller etc

The same works for companies from the bottom of the Companies page
